hopefully via job bank, job match service. I do however think this is not yet fully operational.

I believe the best thing to do now is wait for our returned documents. but still, you never know...

mine is 338 Noc 1123. I think the only way to secure that precious ITA is to look for a job offer.

I am kinda skeptic about the story someone calling CIC and the agent saying that NOC 1123 is already capped. I just called CIC last week and they told me they don't have information about the cap status of the NOCs. it simply means that they are not authorize to disclose this information.

I just hope CIC people would start to process NOC 1123 again after all the charges til December 31 for all the other NOCs have been made.

I tried calling CIC last night. I got the same response as the rest who called. my file is not on the system yet. so basically it's not yet capped and applications are not yet processed. I am hoping to get a more concrete status by the end of the month. KeepTheFaith! I am a December 19...
