Trying to add as much info here as possible, the work experience started outside the 10 year window, but there is still well over a two years of work experience. I updated it so the dates were within the last 10 years (just to test) and that didn't change any values, so I really don't know...

Sorry I didn't reply, figured it out eventually there is a limit, I believe its 30 records, so if you have more than 30 it doesn't work. Get it to 30, then add the extra travel stuff as an attached document (I think this is what your supposed to do anyway!)
