Can someone help me out on how the medical insurance works? Do you buy it when filling out the application and send the proof with the application? What if application gets refused and you already paid for the medical insurance? I'm confused.

I believe so. If you have a re-entry visa from your previous study permit, you can enter Canada and apply from within the country which may be faster depending on your country of origin. But you need a new study permit (unless you took a leave of absence and are returning to the same program...

Hey guys! I had submitted my application mid october and I just received my AOR today! Yeyyy?! It took 4 months just for an AOR letter :S
