@ lilbro, I am on FSW. I did my medicals in Naija, Lagos. Yes, I raised my draft in naija, GTB to be precise. If yours is PNP, it may be a factor. I hope you hear from them soon.

Thanks lilbro. Had medicals March 05 2014. Got a response from AVO on July 21 that decision is about to be made but that my RPRF draft went stale. Had to raise another draft and submitted days after. Got PPR eventually Aug 28 and PPV sep 30.

I did same when I applied in 2011. I simply wrote a letter and attached the contract doc and car docs showing I actually own the car(s). I had no issues at all. My application was considered.

Well, I believe what you have done will bring positive response. As at the time of submitting my docs, I was working with an organization that will never give such ref letters maybe cos of fear or thought of losing staff. All I did was gather my employment letter - then i typed my job...

@ 1. I know of someone who added spouse after his MR. He notified VO of his change in family info. He was asked to fill some forms, send some docs and pay the necessary fee for the spouse. Two weeks after the documents were received, the spouse's MR was sent. Just try and provide all requested...

You will need to mail your electronically generated receipt to cic with all your details or print and mail. It will still take some 3days to settle your payment. I am sure there is a detailed info on cic website. Please check.

I actually received my PPR on 28th August. I submitted the passports almost immediately and have been received by VO. No response yet from VO. I am sure they will communicate soon. I know of someone who got a response after a whole month. No need to get worried. It will end well.
