ECAS just posted Decision Made. Hopefully Passport request in the following days. Such great news this morning.

Have applied since April 22nd 2014 for my wife. cic approved it end of june 2014. Received CSQ August 27th 2014. Initial visa office was in Rome, but they have transferred our file in Ottawa. I don't know why. Anyone else having the same experience? I would appreciate it if you'd share it.
