It is legitimate email, and you should find PDF with Medical examination form attached. Everybody receive MR in this format, nothing to worry. Congrats on MR!

Same here. Austust 5th applicant. RPRF paid upfront on June 6th (reflected in GCMS notes). Got RPRF request 20 mins ago. Wondering if it's bug in their system sending RPRF to everybody or they really try to speed up the process. Hoping for the best :)

Why don't you go with upfront medical? It will save you quite a lot of time, eventually.

I have seen opposite example: Only a bit underpaid application been approved while overpaid been rejected. That's why i am mentioned to hire lawyer.

I don't think you can apply for LMIA on your own. It is really up to your employer to do so. And employer should satisfy Minister of Employment and Social Development that they can not find any worker within the Canada and want to hire foreign one. The best option is to hire lawyer for this...

Not sure if anybody knows certainly when second review happens. But maybe "Due Date" under Eligibility Assessment on your GCMS notes can give you an idea when could it happen? Try to ask May/June applicants if Due Date was accurate for them. But regardless second review, do you have a chance to...

Do you have at least something "In Progress"? I think most of people should have Criminality in progress right away. Once your application get to Eligibility stage (and VO does not have concerns about it) you will get MR next day and GCMS notes will have small "essay" from officer starting with...

You medical exam results are valid for 12 months. So go for it if you feel strong about you application. cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp
