They asked for PPR after decision was made. Are you saying after sending the passport it goes back to in process and than decision made again. I am a bit confused if you can please clarify. Thank you.

Thanks for your response. Well I have a green card and and passport from non-exempt country. I had a feeling I would be asked to provide passport for stamp. I do reside in USA so I was not 100 % sure if it will be required or not. I wonder how long they will take to send it back to me. Lets hope...
