Hi JennaJ, It looks like they just want a fully completed Appendix A, and a photocopy of your receipt. You don't need to send in your actual passport, but I believe Appendix A asks for a photocopy of the biopage - the page with your picture and all important information.

draxz1289 is right - it often takes a little while for things to arrive. I'd give it at least a couple days, and then if you still haven't heard anything, call away.

If you didn't receive an email for the AOR either, I'd wonder if they have your email address correctly recorded. Might be worth calling them to check?

That's good to know - we sent ours in on May 1st, which arrived in Ottawa last Monday. It's good to get an idea of how long the process takes!
