OINP Human Capital (Express Entry) vs OINP Masters Graduates (non-Express Entry)

Yes, I've got 2 years of full-time experience. The reason people haven't been getting their EOI this year is because Ontario ran out of nominations early: see the notice as of May 9, 2016: www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html I think I will have to apply through Express Entry because...

OINP Human Capital (Express Entry) vs OINP Masters Graduates (non-Express Entry)

Hi, I will be graduating with master's from Ontario this year, and it seems that my Express Entry (EE) CRS score will be at most about 439... Judging by the previous EE draws it seems I won't likely be selected for the Express Entry FSWP without an LMIA job offer or a provincial nomination...

YAY! We have finally got it sorted out! :D :D :D I sent them a bunch of e-mails, which they probably didn't read. After that I discovered a possibility of appeal through the Immigration Program Manager. I have found her information here...

Study Permit Refused w/o Request for Police Certificate (Manila, Online)

Thanks, it is indeed shocking as I followed every procedure I could find on their website... May I ask how did their request for police certificate look like? Was it in the form of a message (.pdf file) or just notification in the table on MYCIC? If you can please attach the print-screen of that...
