oh i got a call yesterday from VAC to collect my passport.

i went through the same situation. they sent the passport within a week. and i collected it today. my visa was refused. reason was family ties, travel history and purpose of visit.. my case was pretty strong. it was very unexpected

i didnt get the visa, i got a rejection within 3 working days. everything was good, everyone was sure that the case is strong enough for approval but they gave the same reasons, family ties, purpose of visit and travel history. some dont even make sense.

and the reason they gave is the same old: not satisfied that i will leave, becuase of my tavel history, family ties and purpose of visit.
