You and your spouse will get different UCI numbers. You can check your status using either.

Would be kind of funny if they change their operating guides to 13 months after the petition.

Printed over here mean, Use BLOCK LETTERS. Just use a black pen which writes on papers and write the details they asked for on the back of the photos in BLOCK LETTERS.
