I am from India . I called psk helpline no ..they Only told that you will be issued new passport..as this is a passport request . Regarding the process I checked online for the list of documents ..it looks simple.. I don't know the ground realities ..

Thanks for that information. I am still having one question shall I go for reissue of my passport and rectify that error. Only scary thing is that Ill be issued new passport number than ..will that be linked to older one my any means.

I'll suggest you to go for a cover page explaining the 2 different names for the same company. It will clear any confusion in the minds of VO.

No worries . just mention in the cover letter that both these names refers to the same company.which was changed from aricent to aricent group .one of my friend did the same . he moved from one country to another for same company ..but it was having different names. If you want to be more sure...

Put the Bar code page first(5 page) and then the signature page with barcodes And we should always put Document checklist on the top :)
