99 days? From where did you get that number? And 99 days from the date they received the application or the date they received the Biometrics ?

Thanks for the info. Can we safely conclude that this "completeness check" (your point 1) is now over for July applicants if they've not had their applications returned till today? And is it that the next logical step for such candidates would be "eligibility review" (your point 2) followed by PER?

Very true, But look at the pattern. DD encashment pending since a long time (last: July 8th) and CC charging going on at a rapid pace (July 15, probably, beyond that, I think someone posted July 28 also). Test of patience for DD applicants ::)
