i sent out my BOWP application as paper at the end of may and before receiving AOR. last week, i received my BOWP. paper application is the way to go for people who run out of time (waiting for the AOR). thanks for all the advice!!

i have received my BOWP without submitting the AOR. i sent it out as a paper application before my current WP expired and before i received AOR. it still worked - i have received my BOWP this week. thanks to everyone who gave so much helpful advice. all the best to everyone :-*

application sent may 1, received by cio on may 5, cc charged may 28, aor received june 12.
