    I did call CIC from outside Canada. My application is stuck since I got my refund on Mar 24th. All because they said a letter was sent with the check, regarding social service. They want me to prove I have never used welfare. How do I do that???

    It says application received on Feb 20th. I still believe it is unlikely for them to delay this much. 63 days!!!

    It's not the case...it is just a $150 refund, I really paid an extra fee as if I had one more dependant.. .
