    Sadly, there is nothing that prevents this but I highly doubt it. If your application is clean, I think you will be Canadian in 1 to 2 months max (especially that you confirmed that your background check is completed; this is usually the most time consuming process).

    I'm afraid there is nothing called "timeframe after a test date". Some people had the oath the next day, others had it after 10 months. There is really no rule.
