I did prepared both of the forms and brought them but they did not care about that. So it is always good to have things ready and handy on first landing. Once you are landed and get things done like SIN and PR. You don't need to any of that forms after PR.

Dear talktome, You can not say that I am absolutely wrong because if you go through the differences in the versions of application forms, you'll find that around year 2010- early 2011 forms doesn't have any necessary requirements of french even they just ask if you have just started learning it...
