Received a message with "invitation to pre-arrival services" yesterday. File was transferred to Vancouver; biometrics were done in March, and no medical request yet.

I'm in the GTA, and the e-mail I received a few weeks ago said my file was transferred to Vancouver. My parents received their biometrics request in March and submitted them within a few days. Nothing after that. My application is linked via GC Key.

How did you to contact IRCC? If you could please let me know. Thanks!

Got AOR today. But the letter also says: "In order to minimize processing delays, if not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible: A completed and signed authorization form – IMM 5768 - Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship...

Same here! Just can't get through. No tracking mechanism, nothing! And they have the original certificate!

First time passport application (Single): Application delivered/received (Gatineau) : April 26 Credit Card charged : May 26 Still waiting...it's going to be exactly 9 weeks tomorrow.

Have applied for my 1st passport. Couriered app to Gatineau, QC; was received on Apr 26th, CC got charged today after exactly 1 month. Have to travel in mid-July...fingers crossed.

Correct, "In Progress" on the new tracker. The old ECAS shows "Complete."

Oath was on Apr 12th. Still waiting for the certificate. New tracker shows "In Progress" while old ECAS shows "Complete."
