Hi 02clar3n325, I can't remember the exact date.. I just remember the month which was April 2013. I have not yet submitted my application to CIC.. Still waiting for my NBI clearance because I was "HIT".. I will just inform you if I finished all the needed documents.. God bless!..

Don't lose hope.. re-apply again.. just pray always.. In my case, I have relatives from another province but thank God.. we receive our LOA.. there's always hope.. have faith.. never give up.. trust in GOD..
