The "At CIO cc" number counts only those applications using a CC that have not yet been charged, there have been over 86 applications with CC for that day alone (20+66+some of the 4 that were rejected). The 66 is the amount of people with CCs that have been charged, but have not received PER.

I certified the copy using a JDP and had the document translated by a NAATI accredited translator. It is my understanding that you only need to notarize / certify the copy of the original. I hope someone with more experience can confirm / deny this.

Use a bigger envelope then, this is just my opinion, but I have seen many people sending even boxes. I doubt many people would be able to fit their applications in an envelope that size. I sent a slightly bigger one. Maybe somebody else have different feedback?
