Hi kathkath, Congratulations on your PPR. Could you share your complete timeline. I believe its a good sign that January applications have started getting PPR and people who have applied in the same time should expect a PPR soon if there are no red flag.

Yes you are right, but from what I have read in other forums is that many are speculating that its some sort of mistake, I hope it is. The worst is for Lebanon, it has gone up to 64 months! All I meant was that if our applications are correct the first time, we might get lucky and get PPR soon...

I don't think we need to worry much about the processing times. They are for past one year and may not be accurate with current applications. In past few months I noticed there were applicants who were getting PR within 6-7 months when the processing time on website for ADVO was 13 months. so...

Yes she qualifies as a sponsor. She is a nurse there and been in Canada for around 6 years. She will be completing her required number of days this march to apply for her citizenship. There isnt any problem with her qualifying as a sponsor as she earning well, has her taxes and savings in place.
