Sent RCMP and updated police certificate from my home country on 5th Jan and get reply of reciept of it by CPC just now. At least kown that my case is getting processing. Me on 20th Nov and still waiting for PPR.

applicant does not need to meet the “Employment Requirements” for the particular NOC see section 6.1 of the link below. I think you will be fine under NOC 4012.
