Have had Decision Made since January 8, 2014. Emailed a complaint to the local MP, and they are saying they can't do anything about it unfortunately, and they were informed she would have her permanent residence by January 2015 as there is a 12 month processing time... Is there anything else...

Mine is from March 2013. My AIP and Decision Made was given at the same time. It was emailed straight to me, and I got the work permit in the mail less than a week later. Now just waiting for the Landing Appointment letter... Service guys at my local place says that is typically 3-6 months...
