No IP, direct DM on 19th Jan :)

i did feel great when i checked e-cas on sunday evening with no hope and saw the status as DM... took me some time to sink in the feeling :P

unfortunately it took me 8-10 reminders and 3 months for address correction... :( however, i hope they dont repeat the same thing with others. its really frustrating. everything to them falls on deaf ears.

even their new website is messed up now ! they seem to be leaving a mark everywhere of their 'we dont care' attitude !
