Citizenship Certificate is delivered by Judge in person during Oath Ceremony. Unless, you got your citizenship in a different way than regular application. Please elaborate

You are allowed one guest only. More guests will have to wait outside the room and watch through a screen. If there is still space inside, they might be able to accommodate more guests per person.
