I am December 20, 2013 applicant. I have received my OWP today by pilot program. After days of stress and waiting it was a nice surprise, I still can't believe it.

It's nice to see little bit of good news for people who got their OWPs. But little bit frustrating to see people who applied in 2014 getting owps sooner then people who applied in 2013. :(

We have received letter from CIC that our application has been transferred to Mississauga. It was sent to me applicant and our application was received by CIC on December 20th, 2014.

I wonder if they will stop changing processing time for first stage when they hit 6 months.

Any SCLPC applications that CPC-V has not commenced processing will be routed internally to CPC-M. Any SCLPC applications received at CPC-V after January 17, 2014, will be routed internally to CPC-M. :-\

Good news, at least one month less. My husband and I filed our application on December 20th, 2013. Waiting is stared. :D
