If your PP r already with NDVO then you cannot anyways go for PCC and neither NDVO expects you to go for it... So if while giving medicals first time you gave PCC then you r good.... Hope this helps Shef

Yeah sure... I too have one way ticket and I confirmed with them that this is valid for immigration visa. One more benefit if you are travelling with kids, they reimburse opd cost too, which we need to visit usually with kids. Shef
