I did upfront medical exam.

In AINP website, it mentions that I must notify AINP for change of employer and An AINP Program Officer will review my file again and determines if he/she will support my nomination or withdraw it. I saw some posts mention that after medical examination, ainp/cic just check nominee's background...

Anyone who has experienced the same situation and change his/her job and got PR ?!?! I want to make sure :) :)
