I have got my refusal under SPP for SPP 2013......I want to apply again for Jan 2014 intake. 1.Can I again apply under SPP or should I need to apply under general? 2.Should I need to refund both of my GIC and fees from the college or there is other way out? Please suggest.... Thanks
