My passport received on Nov. 12 and my ECSA changed to decision made on Nov 29 and VSF is still in under process.

I did it at Gulshan 1 Branch. SVGO usually takes 1 or 2 days to reply.

Finally I am able to did my DD. First I approached with the latest email communication with SGVO and said that there are no chance of SGVO to change their decision and finally they convinced and issued my DD.
