I had the similar situation, my marital status on COPR forms were wrong, i sent several emails to CPP regarding about this matter, they finally replied back to me and asked me to send everything back to correct the error. i think you should contact them first

similar situation here, we got our PPs back with the martital status on COPR, we have sent email to CPP Ottawa 3 weeks ago requesting the instruction to correct the erro, still waiting for reply...

I sent PPs for myself and my husband on April 29, 2013, the CPP-O received those on May 1, 2013. And my tracker got activated last night (May 10th) around 8pm..... ;) ;) ;) It takes exactly 10 days for us... :D :D :D

Finally got PPR on last Friday night around 9pm central time... :) :) :) :) :)here is my timeline: Oct 2011 sent application to Buffalo March 2013 received medical request, never got AOR April 01 2013 did medical exam April 16 2013 medical exam results received April 26 2013...

Thanks for the information Syed. I got the medical forms today. So just wonder how long it takes for you to have PPR after you done your medical exam?

@McGill I have been contacting Ottawa by email, and they said they will re-issue those but I haven't got yet. so you saying go ahead to call CIC, and they will re-issue those for me pretty soon?
