brother for sure you can work oncampus or off campus after completing your 6 months study. And i never heard that PRE programme ,so i cant advice you on that. Better ask from university to which you are planning to swap...

I am gng for 4 year undergraduation studies and according to canada govt website after completing my studies i will get 3 years open work permit..but what if the rules has been changed like no work permit for international students....will i get the work permit or not...? Coz i am enrolling now...
