My client letter only talks about my working hours and duties. My HR did not provide any letter to me. Hence, I attached my salary letters,T4's, NOA's and WP extension letters given by my employer. Hence, I convinced my supervisor as well to provide a letter with the duties and responsibilities.

Are you saying that the letter which you received from your employer in the company approved format did not include the duties or any other vital component required by CIC?

My client gave a very good detail about my duties.So I will copy the same duties in the employer letter. Hope it does not annoy the visa officer!!!

Well, I already submitted the letter from the client when I submitted my application since my supervisor was not ready to give a letter then. Now, my supervisor has agreed to give a letter. Hence I wanted to use the same roles and responsibilities and the same format from the client letter.

I never got a letter from my HR. My supervisor agreed to give a letter to me and also my client. Hence I am planning to use the same format for both of them with some minor differences keeping the details about the duties performed the same. Would this be a problem?
