60days passed without a word from them, so I doubt its CBSA I think it's a normal processing.We were supposed to here from CBSA 25th of April but nothing .Our ECAS always say received till today I just checked it.

Yep Cic won't start looking at your dependents unless they are done assessing you, and you will not get PR until they are done assessing your dependent who are accompanying .It takes long when you have dependent .We are on the same boat.

The fact that they have started working on your dependent application that means they are done assessing you but until you provide them with all documents they need ,that's when they will give you DM and landing date.Just email them tell them the documents are on their way.I have a dependent too...
