    But on the new application form it says that the number is in the format xxxx-xxxx. This is an 8 digit number, so do i have to drop some digits from the 10 digit number (if so, then which) Thanks once again.

    I was issued a canadian visitors visa in 2003, please say where I can find the client id on the visa. (If possible). If it can't be found on the visa, what are my options to know what is my client id?
