job_seeker CIC have refunded the $75 to me, I got the check today. Since I got the visitor record, I thought there would be a $75 charge for it.

Although CIC said they would refund my $75 fee- they actually issued the extension document and I got it on Friday, the 5th of March. So they retained the fee and no refund for me. It took 28 days to issue the document and 36 days to reach my mailbox- pretty quick.
