it was always "in process" wasn't it then it should be decision made (2nd step) cuz mine was always in process until today that changed to decision made meds were done in july and i got the ppr in November you did yours in October i think atleast one more month until they request the ppr but...

i am pretty sure its valid for 6 months it came down from 12 months to 6 months
