    Was on H1B when applied under AINP, now back to home country....pl advice

    Hi, i applied on feb13th09,got nomination in dec13th09.applied for FBI clearance on jan1st2010 and PCC today thru SFO consulste..job ending by jan end and finding jobs..difficult to get one in this situation..dunno may move back to home country..can we continue applying from home...
