Finally..Received the passport today.

Just now checked again, the status now shows, “In Transit from Consulate General to BLS Centre”. Hopefully it would be ready for pick up tomorrow or day after.

For me in bls it still says processing in consulate general

I applied in person, so file number was given while applying.

None came from police station or called for verification by their own. We contacted them after getting the email. Again very rare that you’ll get a call from police station. If you have some contact in the PS its a day or 2. Otherwise you can expect more than a week.

3 days now after status changed to "Printing has been initiated" from Mar 14th. Real worried now :(

still the status shows - Print has been initiated for passport from Mar 14th. Its 2 days now.

PV_VERIFICATION_FK: 13 Check the <StatusId> after <applicationstatus>, Expand the individual nodes under <statusid> like 0, 1...you can see the status with details.

I got an email as Police verification initiated. After that I checked in Developer tools and it has detailed steps as I mentioned with the timeline. As per the above status you posted, it says PV (police verification) initiated. So follow up with your respective SP Office/Local PS.
