hi my question is about the bank draft option. in the website they are saying that the bank draft must be addressed to the "Receiver General for Canada", but there is no address or any name or account number. so how should I address the bank draft should i send the draft with my study permit...

Hi :) i just received my admission from Concordia university and i have a question about the CAQ. can i apply for it use the acceptance email that the university sent to me, or do i need the original letter because they said that it might take at least 6 week to arrive. thanks :)
