Thank you good people for the support! This thing is becoming so complicated, I never thought it would! Today I went to DMP office, and they could not do anything for me without VO request. As they showed me the specimens of other people med req, they all have the earlier sent photo attached...

Well, I am far from an expert on CAIPS interpretation, but I believe PSDEC and SELDEC 0 means no evaluation has been made on your application, although anything can happen and things can change in the meantime! Do you have a MED REQ'D date? Fingers crossed for you!
