Thank you for the Reply Sarah, I often hear that outland is quicker. I was told that if I apply in my home country I would not be allowed to leave (my home country) until the application has been approved (common-law). I find that hard to believe considering I wouldn't be in my home country...

Applying inland and I am just wondering if I can leave during the application process and come back? My visa is up in February and I want to visit family for a month and then return to Canada and wait out the process. Possible or no? Thank you in advance
