When did u submit your application and when did you undergo the medical examination ? Also What makes u think that these timelines are inaccurate ?

Well , Oct 2012 is mentioned under Eligibility , Security and Medical ( all three !! ). The last comment under the notes is regarding the file transfer to ottawa due to closure of the original processing office. Whats the due date on your application?
