those documents that should be downloaded on the online application, should it be notarize first? or scanned orig copies OK??? pls reply! thnnx!

HEllo guys regarding on the documents that will be uploaded, does the documents need to be notarized? or original documents are enough. what does this mean ->This is a certified translation of the original document, which I have also uploaded. do i need to check this box???? pls help

Hello, Im also applying for Family Stream (my parents are in Manitoba) on Sept. One year na sila dun by that time I was denied last year because my sponsor is my lolo (my mom's uncle) so basically i fell under general stream which is a point system. i lack points because i didnt have ielts...
