wot u r saying is that if u have LMO from an employer, then u r eligible to apply for a work permit(NO MATTER U R ON STUDY VISA OR VISITOR VISA), but giving u work permit is in the hands of CIC....thats wot u r saying rite....???

hi everybody, jst want to ask one thing, suppose if u r on study permit and u get a LMO from an employer, then can u change ur Study Visa to WORK VISA...????

sir acc to my consultant, i do not need to modify my study permit for jumping to SECONDARY COURSE FROM GRADUATE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM......he said for studying in QUEBEC i will be applying for CAQ which would be approved by the Canadian Govt so they automatically come to know that i am jumping to...

but my consultant says that i dont need french at all for immigration and during study...

and what would you suggest me, i mean should go to Quebec or stay here in Toronto and complete my 2 year studies with 3 yr work permit ?
