it is now 2 weeks since my application was denied, My status is still ON PROCESS, does it mean i can see whether i can contact Canadian Embassy and they may change if i can do some appeal to them? they use to change my status frequently but this time they dont change it, they should have changed...

They did not state interview in there letter, they just informed me by saying A letter advising you of your interview result is ready for pick up. You are kindly requested to approach our office next Tuesday at 2:00 pm to pick it up. does it mean rejection letter?
