hi in the visa refusal letter you got last time. did u get a UCI number. i got a rejection too last year. i'm thinking of applying again this year but cant figure out the UCI. refusal letter just mentions the file number. please help. i'm already a bit late in applying.

but the new rules would apply to new applications....old ones would be processed as per rules at the time they applied. I mailed to SINP and they confirmed!!
