Got my passport and corp today....yeeeeehh!!!!! am so excited it was sent out on the 14th march, 2013 and amaizingly my visa is valid till jan, 2014 but excited and planning on landing next weekend.... ;D ;D wish every one a blessed Easter holliday...

This is my situation: Am applying for a study permit for September intake, my big sis is a permanent residence in Canada she got it last month under family sponsorship, My mum applied last year and was denied a visitors visa to go visit my sis when she had just given birth, reason insufficient...

That's so weird coz its almost a month now like seriously am even more scared now coz i got my decision made status just on the 14th march and its been a week now and am hoping it comes before Easter so i can travel....But got an email from them on 14th march saying they where sorry for delaying...

No i didn't send a return envelope with it, am in Canada and they do not require us to send return envelopes with it, so hope its arriving some time this week.

if your visa office is LA you cannot be sure how long it will take coz i sent my passport for corp to LA on Jan 11/2013 and still haven't heard anything from them yet its been 2 months now but if your dealing with Ottawa they are pretty good at returning passports...good luck.. the earlier you...

wooh that's quiet sometime to wait when your in the state...that means it will probably take 2 -3months..guess i have to wait just hope they dont change their minds abt issuing it to me or ask me to re do my medicals.....thnx parker24
