Only thing I can help you with is the IELTS results. You are asked for IELTS results when you apply for PR to Canada but they only ask for copies, so keep a copy of the IELTS results. I advise you to copy the entire application before you send it anyway.

Hi everyone, I have recently received my LMO and CAQ and I'm now applying for the work permit from Canada. Looking on the site it seems the process has changed somehow? It looks different to what I was looking at before. Could someone point me to the application package please? Thanks

It seems to me the best way to go is inland because of the possibility of having to travel for the interview. The plan now is to get a LMO/CAQ from work, apply for a work permit and at the same time send the applicaiton in for PR. My current permit runs out in August.
