Thank you for your reply.In fact we phoned last week and there was a voice message saying that they do not answer and do not take messages. We tried again yesterday and they did not even pick the phone. We try to send a fax but it is always busy and so we do not know what to do.

Hi. I sponsored my parents. File started processing at visa office since september 2007. Immigration office in Canada phoned me telling that a letter has been sent to my parents since 30 september 2008 for additional info. But my parents did not get any letter. can any body help. REgards. singa
